To keep your underwear looking and feeling great, we recommend washing it in cold water with similar colors and using a gentle detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the material. For best results, air dry your underwear or tumble dry on low heat to maintain shape and elasticity.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear items unless they are defective or incorrect. If you receive an item that is damaged or if we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.
Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1- 2 business days to process before it ships. After processing, delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes between 7 - 21 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We aim to process and ship orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes to an order once it’s been placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment.
